Double-acting hydraulic cylinder for single-piston type, C25, D25
series hydraulic cylinder can be configured proximity switch. Its
characteristics: the location of both ends of the hydraulic
cylinder into the anti-high voltage inductive proximity switches to
control the direction of the two ends of the commutation. The
structure of non-contact sensitive components, non-contact, no wear
and tear, the output signal is accurate, safe, reliable, high
voltage, easy installation and adjustment, and save cumbersome
mechanical commutation device. For the design, manufacture,
installation, adjustment provides great convenience.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS TECHNICAL DETAILS
| 1. Cylinders are of Double Acting / Single Acting type and as per
customer drawing. | 2. We shall be using seals of Parker/Merkel/Equivalent make |
| 3. Cylinders working pressure will be as per customer specification
and test pressure will be 1.5 times of working pressure. | 4. Piston Rods will be ground, and hard chrome plated, thickness
will be of 25 to 30 microns. bore will be honed to surface finish
of <0.4 micron Ra. |
| 5. Ports will be protected with metallic plugs/caps. | 6. We will test cylinders as per IS standard test procedure. ( BIS
10585-1983 ) |
| 7. Any spare can be provided on chargeable basis. Special type of
painting charges will be extra at actual. | 8. Material test certificate, Warranty certificate, dimensional
inspection reports& also functional test certificates after
inspection shall be submitted along With the material. |
| 9. Our standard guarantee/warranty terms are 12 months from the
date of dispatch subject to material and manufacturing defects
only. Nonmetallic items, Wear and Tear items are not covered under
this warranty | 10. Outer construction and mounting of the cylinder will be as per
customer GA drawing & specifications, internal design will be ours.
We will provide G.A. drawing with mounting details within two weeks
after receipt of P.O. for customer approval |
11. Material specification for main components of the cylinder are
as below
a. Piston rod & Piston – EN8 C45 / IS1570
b. Outer tube – High tensile ST52/Equivalent
c. End covers, Tie Rods if required –C45/IS 1570/Equivalent. | 12. We welcome our customer, or their clients/ representative for
inspection at our Works. We will send inspection call once
cylinders are ready for dispatch Our end along with duly tested &
inspected reports and we will follow your instructions for our
further action of dispatch of cylinders. |
