Q1: what are we doing before products shipping out?
Re: 1. 100% Inspecting for products , final check for the packing,
notice customer.
2. Giving customer the chain information, like the material
certification, inspect reports, testing results.etc.
3. Providing the packing detail, including the customs documents,
products putting pictures, container chaining. etc.
Q2: what we will do after customer receive the bad products?
Re: 1. For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened,
and take responsibilty if our packing is wrong.
2. If the sample is approved, and problems happened in main
production. We first to find out the reason, and then come out the
best solution for customers. Like giving some discount, take charge
for the air shipping cost, etc.
