Application: It mainly used in various types of heavy truck front lifting, such
as 8*4 truck, semi-trailer, can be widely used in mining, iron and
steel, port conditions relatively poor use places can meet from13
tons to 90 tons lifting requirements. Truck front lifting cylinder is the dumper hydralic lifting system
for lifting actuator, truck compartment or tank. |
• There are many benefits to using a single acting dump truck
cylinder. It’s the ideal choice for applications where gravity,
weight or other assisting forces are present to move the cylinder
in one direction. It could be mounted in any position so that it
could be used in a wide range of mobile and industrial
applications.
• Every DALLAST single acting telescopic cylinder is individually
tested before leaving our plant to assure proper performance and
leak-free operation. All cylinder products carry an 12 months
warranty.
• Snap on glass filled bearings that absorb contaminants without
damaging cylinder walls.
• Nylon tipped set screws that conform to packing nut threads to
decrease the probability of packing
nuts backing off.
• Single-acting cylinders transfer force and motion in one
direction only.
For piston seals, common seal are O-shaped, Y-shaped, V-shaped and so on.
All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to
provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The
hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement.
Quality control:
1. Seiko secret agents, to ensure quality of the piston rod.
2. The product have to go through heat treatment - bore boring -
grinding - car processing - black nitriding and many other
processes.
